Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
Less than 24 hours = deposit is forfeited.
We understand emergencies happen — just let us know as soon as possible.

Missed appointments without notice = full cost charged.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your scan may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or fully charged.
Please arrive prepared (full bladder if required) so we can make the most of your appointment.

Children are welcome! But if they become disruptive, another adult may need to step out with them.
Respect for staff and other families ensures everyone has a positive, comfortable experience.
