Meet Your ARDMS Sonographer in Westchase and Citrus Park
ARDMS credentialed, Radiologist reads in 24 hours on business days, HIPAA compliant.
As the owner and lead sonographer, I bring a unique blend of expertise and compassion to every scan. I’m credentialed in OB/GYN, Abdominal, and Breast sonography through the ARDMS, and every exam is performed with precision, care, and reviewed by a board-certified radiologist.
But what sets me apart is my story. As a proud Latina healthcare professional, I know firsthand how language and cultural barriers can affect the care families receive. My mission is to bridge that gap so every family in Tampa feels heard, respected, and supported.
My Journey in Healthcare
I began my career with a degree in Radiologic Technology and earned my ARRT license, but I quickly realized my true calling was working more closely with patients. That passion led me back to school for Diagnostic Medical Sonography, where I earned multiple ARDMS credentials in Abdomen and Small Parts, OB/GYN, and Breast sonography.
This training wasn’t just about passing exams — it was about ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care in a safe, professional environment.
Why I Started Tampa Ultrasound Specialist
I wanted to create more than just another 3D/4D studio. My goal was to build a family-centered, boutique medical space where families could. Bond with their baby through keepsake ultrasounds.Receive trusted diagnostic exams with results in 24 hours.Feel welcomed in both English and Spanish. A Mission Beyond Images
For me, being a sonographer has never been “just a job.” It’s about guiding patients, empowering them with knowledge, and offering comfort in moments of uncertainty.
Too often, I’ve seen patients treated differently because of language or access to resources. That’s why I founded Tampa Ultrasound Specialist: to provide affordable, accessible imaging , and to stand as an advocate for families who deserve compassionate, equal care.
“Every patient deserves to be cared for like family, regardless of language, background, or privilege.”
